Today was unexpectedly Kat Davis last sharing at the Neighborhood Playhouse Junior School. Kat is a wonderful friend, director, colleague and educator.  She is very supportive of me as a musician and a teacher.  Under her leadership over the past fourteen years, I was able to create many holiday mashups, focus group presentations, explore current pop songs and musical theatre standards.  Students who came to the playhouse that did not want to or like to or refuse to sing are now requesting voice lessons.  Many parents have commented on my site and in person on how much their child has learned at the playhouse.
Thank you Kat from the bottom of my heart!!!

Steve’s been composing professionally for over 25 years and you’ll hear a variety of his  songs (some new, some old, some from the cabaret world, some from the theater world, and maybe one or two surprises) written with 10 extremely clever collaborators and performed by many of his talented friends. Scheduled to appear Howie MIchael Smith, Daniel Torres, William Ryall, Toni DiBuono, Carol Ann Solebello, Regina O’Malley and John Treacy Egan.
Last Saturday March 22, Steven appeared at the New York Hilton, with the Inner Circle for the 24th time. Quite fun, a huge success and was there to play for Mayor Bill de Blasio’s first rebuttal!. For more info, click here.
