Honored to be playing piano at the Life Memorial of Jim Levin. Celebrating the life and legacy of Jim Levin Sunday, March 24th on the Upper Westside of Manhattan. Jim was an pioneering LGBT advocate, lawyer, and author. Such an honor to accompany Broadway’s Jodi Capeless as we remember Jim with an afternoon of stories and song. The afternoon was shared with Jim’s husband Leath and 95 of their closet family and friends.
The first reading of Act 1 of my musical NOTHIN’ BUT LOVE I wrote with book writer lyricist Andrew Zachary Cohen. I am really excited about getting it on its feet and getting to hear feedback as your thoughts will help us develop Act Two. It should run around an hour and 15 minutes. It’s at the Ellington Room in midtown NYC! (400 W 43 St) 6 pm. 2-14-19
