Steven provided arrangements for the group numbers for the Playhouse summer program led by Kat Davis— Listen to Me/Telephone Hour (Silverstein/Madore, BIRDIE-Strouse Adams) , Oh the Things you Can Think (SEUSSICAL-Ahrens/Flaherty), We Dance/We Tell the Story (ONCE ON THIS ISLAND- Ahrens/Flaherty) FUN!
It was great fun playing cocktail music and accompanying the wildly talented Laura Shoop and Kate Fahrner at the Willow Ridge Country Club in Harrison, NY produced by David Millowitz. Laura sang DEFYING GRAVITY and Kate sang POPULAR. Â It was a WICKED! Theme party. I also did a medley of Schwartz songs from Hunchback, Pippin, Godspell among others. Â From the Broadway production of Wicked:
Steven will be playing keyboards for this cult classic musical under the baton of Chloe Sasson. Â Also this month marks the creation of Steven’s 5th Holiday Card. In the mails in November.
Am enjoying a few dates of doing transpositions. Â I hate those tritone transpositions though!
For all theater afficiandosâ„!!!

Applause! Applause! Applause!
I recently was watching the classic All In The Family episode that dealt with Edith’s 50th birthday. Â It reminded of how powerful that show was – the “racy” subject matter, the amazing acting, the incredible comic timing and how all of the actors worked so well with each other. Â I was so happy that I have gotten to play for Ms. Jean Stapleton at a benefit many years ago and was able to participate in one of Eva Swan’s VocalEase performances in 2004. Â
Steven was fortunate to study with Wendy Dillon who helped me create a voice over reel. Check it out!!! Â Steven’s Voiceover demo
