“Off the Rails” mocked the mayor’s power struggle with the governor over control of the MTA, Jeff Bezos and Amazon’s departure from Queens and President Trump.
This is the 97th year that the Inner Circle show has entertained New Yorkers, with a portion of each year’s proceeds going to grassroots charities in the City.
